A little about Brittany: I am a list making, country music listening, vintage knob collecting, cereal mixing, craft store addict, Photo taking, Friday night jammies and a movie watching, California born, craftaholic, organizing fanatic, hopeless romantic wife and mom.
Let us know a little about the handmade products you sell:
"I sell handmade items and supplies to make your own unique gifts. Right now I have a lot of children's items since I currently have small children at home."
How did you come up with the name for your shop?
"It's my name and it's unique, so that was a snap to come up with! :)"
What inspired you to start selling your products on Etsy, and how long have you had your shop?
"I started my shop in 2008 and I love that there is no pack up and tear down and hauling like with traditional craft shows. It saves me a ton of time and money!"
What makes your products stand out amongst the rest?
"I love bright prints, flannels and pairing up unusual colors with each other. I think I'm pretty consistent through out my shop. I also love useful items, so I try to make each thing I create have a purpose."
How did you decide to get into your craft?
"My mom sewed and taught sewing lessons in our home. I picked it up at an early age and never stopped. I love sewing!"

My best friend Crystal keeps an online journal where she writes about whatever happened or was on her mind that given day...most of it is so funny! She fills me in! She jokes how she is going to make it into a book one day...she totally should, it would be hilarious!
Anyway, the other night she emailed me that in her journal she picked her top 5 beauty must haves and vowed to try and use them everyday.
As stay at home Moms, that's easy not to do...I know I am in sweats and t-shirts 90% of the time! So we thought it would be fun to share our top 5 beauty products with you:
This song brings tears to my eyes...
When days at home are hard with a 4 yr old, 3 yr old and 3 week old,
When I have no more patience left and it's only noon,
When my daughters constant chatter is driving me bananas,
When my son is testing me all day long,
When my kids are arguing over whose toaster strudel has more icing,
When I can't even finish a hot cup of coffee,
When my hair is in a pony tail so much I think it will stay without a holder,
When I look down & don't remember the last time I washed my sweats,
When me and my husband have no time to spend alone together,
When my house is such a mess I am embarrassed for anyone to stop over,
When I just can't take it anymore...
I think of this song and how true it is...
It won't be like this for long.
Sometimes it makes me stop & think about how fast time is going,
How big my kids are getting.
And I feel guilty.
Sometimes you just need to slow down & enjoy what you have at that moment.
Because it really won't be like this for long.
